Un Projet Scolaire d'Envergure - Two Applications for an Auction System 🛠️💻
This is a substantial school project that enabled us to validate our BTS as free candidates. The overall project was to design an auction system with two main applications.
Symfony Web application for end users
The first application was intended for end-users and visitors, i.e. the customers of the company requesting the project. We needed to create a web application that could be used by a wide range of users, which led us to use Symfony. This application enables users to connect to and manage auctions, whether on the administrator, end-user, seller or auctioneer side.
C# desktop application for management
The second application, developed in C# with WPF, was a heavyweight desktop application for inventory and auction management. It gave an overview of everything that was happening in the application, but more in a warehouse and enterprise management context.
Combined, these two applications enabled us to create a complete auction system, allowing all players to interact efficiently and carry out their respective tasks.
