Because Forhives was getting a bit old (see https://old.forhives.fr), we wanted to give it a little refresh and play around with some animations and fun tech like Next.js, Rive, and Motion.
Basically, we wanted to do something really creative. I was inspired by a recently released game called "Split Fiction." The idea was to borrow that concept of "two worlds" and create a cool animation where, when you hover over one side of the page, you get a neat animation and the ability to navigate two universes at once: Bréval's and mine!
For the Loader animation, we had the Forhives logo—the little bee—and just went full freestyle, haha!
All in all, it was a tiny project that took just a day, but it was fun to make. I'm pretty proud of the result, so I'm adding it to my portfolio here!
